A short survey to help us build training that fits the way you actually work.
This survey is administered by OptimaNova AI, an outside partner AGA is working with to evaluate and strengthen our AI readiness. It helps us understand where everyone at AGA stands today.
It takes about five minutes. There are no right or wrong answers, and there is no expectation that you already know anything about AI. If you have never used it, that is genuinely useful information. If you use it every day, that is useful too.
Your responses are confidential. Your individual answers are seen only by a small project team at OptimaNova and AGA. They are never shared with your manager and are never used for disciplinary purposes. Results are reported to leadership in summary form, grouped by department.
If you are already using an AI tool that helps you do your job, please say so. We would rather know what is working for you than have you leave it out.
What we learn here shapes the training sessions in August and September, so the more honest you are, the more useful those sessions will be for you.
